Baseball Rules Question, The Ball is Hit and is rolling down the foul line between home and first.?
The pitcher is waiting for the ball to roll into foul territory, the ball goes into foul territory and the pitcher makes contact with that ball, but the pitcher is standing in fair territory is it a foul or fair ball?
It’s a foul ball.
What matters is where the ball is when he touches it, not where his feet are.
