SIZE BASEBALL GLOVE KIDS

SIZE BASEBALL GLOVE KIDS
Youth baseball glove?

Does anyone know what size (inches) baseball glove I should buy my 7 year old boy. He is a good size kid and I know he needs a larger glove than he has but I’m not sure what he should be using.

Depends on what position he plays. I would say that being seven he will probably play a bunch of positions. I would recommend getting a glove around 11”. This covers a bunch of positions. Most outfielders gloves are 12” or higher. Infield uses 10” to 113/4”. Pitching is the same but they would most commonly use a closed back glove so to conceal the ball. I would recommend getting a free magazine from baseball express ro some organization like that and they will send you a free magazine that has a ton of gloves in them with diagrams showing you which glove is best for each position. go to www.baseballexp.com and get your free magazine.
