baseball metal cleats?
what is the difference between 6 spikes and 9 spike baseball cleats, i mean i want to get the mizuno g5 low 9 spike cleats but i never thought about it. i just got of an acl reconstruction of my right knee. what is better
the difference in 6 spike and 9 spike cleats is how many spikes are on the bottom of the cleat.
now for anybody, experts recommend the 9 spike cleats as it is more stable and has more spikes for gripping the dirt.
if i were you i would get 9 spike cleats.
