How can you stretch a fitted, wool baseball hat?
I found a hat of my dad’s that is tight on my head. Is there any way I can stretch it out to fit me?
You may have to do a little research in your area. My dad owned a dry cleaners and they had a wooden device made to re-size hats. You would set it in the hat and turn the threaded handle to expand the contraption, thus stretching the hat to a larger size. Is there someone around that cleans hats in your city? A local gentleman that repairs boots/shoes etc., also cleans hats in this area, so they are still around. In Montana/Wyoming there are still business’s making western hats, they probably would have a hat stretcher on the premises. Don’t know where you live, so you will have to play detective and snoop around. Good Luck
