Help I was a nerd?
I was anything but a jock growing up so please don’t laugh. My son is 12 and is joining the baseball team. His uniform calls for a jock with cup, but there are so many different kinds, shorts wcup jock with cup, sliding shorts with and without cup, boys, teen and adult. Whats the best? He is 5′3″ and has a 30″ waist. Thanks guys
Take him to the local spotting’s goods store, ask one of the guys (younger the better) in the baseball department what they recommend. With a young guy your son won’t be so embarrassed. Bet they know the coach and the team.
