Bonds’ ball gets asterisk?
I’m not a Bonds fan or supporter but, who in their right mind would basically destroy a piece of sports history. If Bonds did use steroids it still is a major acheivment to get 756 (762 and counting) home runs in a career. Marc Ecko is no fan of baseball (he’s a fashion designer) if he could destroy that ball and the fans that voted to put an asterisk on the ball are not fans either. If I could have bought the ball I would have it in protective case on display in my house right now never to be touched again. Barry Bonds should create a website for real baseball fans to vote to leave Marc Ecko alone or tie him up and sit him on home plate at AT&T Park and let Bonds take a few swings at his head it might knock some since in him.
Bonds was not caught cheating, so I say no asterisk.
The Patriots were caught cheating, should we asterisk up The Lombardi Trophy also?
