Autographing a baseball card generaly devalues the card. The autograph is generally seen as a defect in the card unless it was issued that way as part of an insert. As the other contributor has shown, this is a guideline and isn’t always a negative aspect, which is why I said generally.
Given the status of the player, you could probably get $20 selling it.
