Recently the state of Pennsylvania tried to outlaw aluminum bats. All bat manufactures came out with data to show the ball does NOT come off aluminum bats faster. I think the problem is in youth leagues, little league, pony, where you get some strong kids swinging minus 10 bats. In high school & college, you have to use a minus 3
