Crochet doll & stuffed animal?
I have a crochet doll that I have had since a baby, I am now 30. I also have some stuffed animals. I display the doll and stuffed animals as decorations, however I have cats and my house gets dustier than normal. The doll and stuffed animals are very dirty. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can clean these. I didn’t think the wash machine was very good. I wash our baseball caps in the dishwasher on the top rack and that works great but I didn’t know about these items. Should I just soak them in warm water? I don’t think just warm water will get them clean. I have even tried the can’s of air but no help there either. Any info is greatly greatly appreciated. I want to keep my little croched doll in good shape to hand down to my daughter. Thanks in advance for the advice.
put you doll in a pillow case and tie the top wash it on gentle cycle Woolite works great. then put it in the dryer Still in the pillow case. on low till its dry. You do the stuffed animals the same way. The pillow case helps gentle the wash and keeps you from destroying the item inside. I washed all my kids stuffed animals this way.
Good Luck !
